Over a hundred documents and titles owned by Batangas Services Inc., Far East Services & Development Corporation and Amihan Realty Corporation had in mid 2015 been discovered missing in the Fairfax files, in Los Angeles California.

FESDC MISSING AND UNACCOUNTED TITLES NOTICE Notice to the public is hereby given that the above titles consist |

| of the list of original titles in the Fairfax list and custody. Over one | |||||||||
| hundred titles of which were still at Fairfax waiting for payment | |||||||||
| remittance from the Batangas Office when majority of the above | |||||||||
| documents went missing from the Fairfax files. An approximate amount | |||||||||
| of about a hundred titles were reported missing on the day an inventory | |||||||||
| for the year 2015 was supposed to be conducted. | |||||||||
