Leading by Example. Batangas Province’s tireless Gov. Dodo Mandanas (above, center) shares high fives with some of the Batangueño student athletes during the opening ceremony of the 2017 Regional Sports Competition (RSC), formerly known as the Southern Tagalog CALABARZON Athletic Association (STCAA) Meet, on February 13-19 at the Laguna Sports Complex, Bubukal, Sta. Cruz, Laguna. Batangas’ top young athletes from the Schools Divisions of Lipa City, Batangas City, Tanauan City and Batangas Province will compete against elementary and high school students, including those in the Alternative Learning System (ALS) and children with special needs, from 20 schools divisions, across 25 sport disciplines.
