 Dinaluhan ng mga opisyales ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Tanauan at labingwalong store owners ang pormal na pagbubukas ng The Avenue- Food Park sa Poblacion 2 noong Nobyembre 24, 2017. Ilan sa lumahok sa nasabing pagtitipon sina Chief of Staff KC Saniano, kinatawan ni Mayor Antonio Halili, at Josie Panganiban, kinatawan ni Vice Mayor Atty. Jhoanna Corona, City Admin Atty. Junjun Trinidad, DILG-CLGOO Marissa Marasigan, at BPLIO Head Elmer Perez, City Cooperatives and Livelihood Officer May Teresita Fidelino, TaSMedCI President Nini Querrer, Ms. Cooperative Union of Batangas 2017  Estrella Volkl, Tanauan City Magicians at ilang representatives mula sa PEPSI Cola.
